Calvin Belfon
Founder Open Run inc
Born and raised in Boston, Calvin has dedicated his life to sports and fitness. With years of experience playing, coaching, and teaching across multiple sports, he is now committed to giving back to the community that shaped him and continues to inspire his passion.
Latiaya Grooms
LICSW,
Board Member/ Secretary
Latiaya Grooms, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Psychotherapist based in Boston, MA, with over 15 years of experience in mental health. She earned her MSW from Simmons College in 2013 and has worked at the Department of Children and Families since 2014. In November 2022, she founded her private practice, TalkToTiaya, focusing on anxiety, depression, and trauma. Ms. Grooms is also a Per Diem Substance Abuse Clinician at a Women’s Addiction Treatment Center and an advocate for children with special needs.
Oversees the clinical education programs, ensuring quality and impact curriculum.

Kenneth is the esteemed founder of Pink Sunday, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to his all-female flag football league. A native of Cambridge, he is a prominent figure in his community, offering various youth and adult athletic programs.
