Calvin's done an exceptional job with not only the children he works with but the staff. There are a lot of people who can show up on time, do what they are supposed to do, and complete their duties. Then there are those like Calvin Who not only do the basics but excel far beyond them. His personality, energy and passion are contagious and rare.
